Yesterday  Friday  the service went down  around 5:00 pm, and yes I was there trying to isolate the problem,  after several hours, could not pinpoint the issue, this morning we where back and at em, only after several hours, finding out there was a defect in the new antennas we had installed less than a month ago and they were filled with water , in fact it affected one other segment.

the service was restored today at around 4:30 pm and seems to be working well.

We are working with our provider who has sreved us well in the past to see what happened with this particular set of antenna’s.

We have all the necessary stuf to fix it and it should be up and running no later than 12:00 pm Today
